Rebecca has been working in the mental health field for over a decade and became a Registered Social Worker in 2013. She has worked in Community Mental Health and Primary Care settings for several years prior to opening her private practice in 2017.

Rebecca has a passion for working with people struggling with anxiety and O.C.D. She is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ExRP) and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her focus on attachment and rapport in the therapeutic relationship has been useful in assisting clients through these processes.

Rebecca lives in Guelph with her wife, daughter, and dog. She enjoys reading, cycling, and spending time outdoors with her family.
